Shri Sharad Bansilal Palod is M. Com. LLB and is Gold Medalist in Law from University of Pune and practicing as an advocate in Supreme Court, High Court, District Court and in various Tribunals. He came from small village of Varur in Shevgaon Taluka of Ahmednagar district.
He is an experienced lawyer having extensive experience of more than 4 decades. He represents clients in criminal, civil litigation, arbitration and other legal proceedings and advises clients on legal transactions. He analyses the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents; identifying implications for cases from legal precedents or other legal information. He possess profound verbal communication skills to present the case in an influential manner in the court.
He is legal adviser to many reputed companies, banks, cooperative societies and many eminent personalities. He is having depth knowledge of banking related legal aspects with expertise in detecting frauds and preventive measures for frauds. Recovery of NPA is core area.
He is having adequate expertise in Contract Act, Company Law, Property Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, etc. He has served as a professor of Mercantile and Industrial Law at Ahmednagar College, Ahmednagar for 35 years.
He is actively associated with various social organizations and trustee of various Trusts and Ex-Office Bearer of Ahmednagar City Bar Association.
